"Freedom" This little jewel of a painting was inspired by a beautiful cloud I spotted in the sky one March afternoon on my walk though the Kansas cornfields.  I found what looks to be an Angel from the profile and was inspired to paint her in these beautiful clouds and the feeling of being uplifted and free!  The sense of looking into a heavenly portal through a golden window and going on a journey with the birds seen soaring in the billowy clouds is what that I hope to create when viewing this little 5" x 7" painting on wood panel.  The frame is hand-made and gilded in the same liquid gold leaf to create even greater depth to the portal like window. <p class=htmlquotefaso-user-phtmlqu
